Welcome to Xujangram. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our adult messenger services (collectively, the “Services”). Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

3 User Conduct & Prohibited Content

  • ✕CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any content depicting minors in a sexual manner is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the NCMEC and relevant authorities.
  • ✕Non-Consensual Content: "Revenge porn" or any content shared without the consent of the depicted individuals.
  • ✕Violence & Bestiality: Content depicting real violence, gore, or bestiality.
  • ✕Illegal Acts: Content promoting or depicting illegal acts, including human trafficking or non-consensual sexual acts.
  • ✕Harassment: Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.

4 Content Ownership & License

4.1 Your Content. You retain ownership of the content you create and share.

4.2 License. By posting content, you grant Xujangram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

4.3 2257 Compliance. If you are a content creator, you agree to comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements and provide necessary documentation upon request.

5 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

5.1 "As Is" Basis. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5.2 No Liability. Xujangram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

6 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
